As one of the foremost performers of the Norwegian Hardanger fiddle, Sturla Eide has won many awards and released several albums. His versatile playing earns him great respect in the folk world.

UK pianist and piano accordionist Philip Miles will be performing with Sturla on their UK tour debut. Cheltenham born Philip has absorbed folk music from his youth into his own unique and virtuosic piano playing.

Together the duo weave their differing musical roots into a wonderfully diverse yet intricate tapestry of sound. Expect to hear the finest folk melodies blended with beautiful piano accompaniments and upbeat tunes on accordion and fiddle.
